The Supper Club Series
chefs | community | culture
The Supper Club was created in March 2021 to serve as a catalyst for collaboration, conversation, and change in the hospitality industry. After six months of Supper Club dinners, we’ve seen incredible chef collaboration in the kitchen, locally sourced food, and ethical purchasing practices. We’ve expanded partnerships with local brands and have had real, honest conversations about the things going on in the world. We’re so proud of what Supper Club has grown into and the community we’ve created with all of you!
We’re excited to announce that starting in 2022, The Supper Club will be establishing a permanent residency at Freedom Street Social in Arvada, Colorado. With the collaborative efforts of Chef Tajahi Cooke, Fireside at Five, and Freedom Street Social — we’ll be announcing an innovative Chef Kitchen Program featuring two Supper Clubs per month, a breakfast concept, community programming, and a fully-funded Chef Residency program spearheaded by Chef Tajahi Cooke himself.
Until then, we’ll be continuing our Supper Clubs around Denver and Boulder with our awesome partner, Do303. We’ll also still be donating a portion of proceeds from our Supper Clubs to Sophie’s Neighborhood — an incredible nonprofit is dedicated to fundraising for research into the development of an effective treatment or cure for an ultra-rare genetic disorder: Multicentric Carpotarsal Osteolysis (MCTO).
We hope you’ll join us on this exciting new journey together. We can’t wait to converse, connect, and of course, EAT! Get ready for a fun fall season and we’ll see you at The Supper Club!

Learn About Sophie’s Neighborhood
Sophie Rosenberg, daughter of Chef Hosea Rosenberg, is one of 30 people in the world identified with Multicentric Carpotarsal Osteolysis Syndrome (MCTO.) This progressively crippling, ultra-rare bone and kidney disorder has no treatment or cure. Sophie's Neighborhood is a nonprofit 501c3 organization founded in response to her diagnosis. The foundation is fundraising for life-changing scientific research to discover a therapeutic that will stop the disease trajectory. Patients with MCTO currently have no hope for normal functioning bones and face many health issues as they grow. Please help us on this incredibly important mission to change Sophie's future outlook and that of her peers.
