Description: In just a few short months, the definition of fitness has drastically increased in value but decreased in scale. What once was fitness studios, large fitness centers, and instructor-lead classes are now virtual fitness courses, YouTube seminars, and holistic trainings. The way we work out, what fitness means to us, who we work out with, and especially where we work out has been re-evaluated.
