RINO ART DISTRICT

Our work with RiNo Art District (RAD) began in 2021 with a shared focus on programming, placemaking, and community impact. Since then, we’ve partnered year over year to build and refine a cohesive event strategy that activates RiNo ArtPark, engages local businesses, members, and artists, and creates a lineup of signature events designed to scale and attract sponsorship over time.
RiNo Summer Art Market Series
A flagship example of our long-term work with RiNo Art District, the Summer Art Market Series activates RiNo ArtPark through a free, family-friendly, community-driven experience that’s open to the public. A series of markets taking place over the summer months from June–August, the event features 50+ vendors, live music, food trucks, and programming for all ages.
Each market also highlights local artist collaborations - partnering with a different RiNo artist to design the event’s assets, posters, and creative identity. Standout park activations include the Truss House buildout and bar program, outdoor craft station, vinyl vendors, and a DIY screenprinting station. Operational improvements like dedicated vendor parking, optimized load-in, and extended amenities help the series grow stronger each year as a cornerstone RiNo ArtPark event.

RiNo Halloweekend
An annual celebration of drag, art, and music, RiNo Halloweekend brings the district together for one immersive night market experience. The event features 25+ vendors—from tattoo artists and tarot readers to vintage curators, specialty food makers, jewelers, skincare brands, and more - alongside DJ sets, performances, and interactive activations like DIY screenprinting and themed pop-ups.
Each year, we partner with a local RiNo artist to create a unique visual identity for the event, designing the main poster and extending the artwork into screenprints, digital animation, and social promotion. This artist-centered approach strengthens RiNo’s creative community and gives the event a distinct look and feel across both physical and digital touchpoints.
It's A RiNo-Ful Life
It’s a RiNo-Ful Life is an annual holiday celebration of art, community, and local makers in RiNo. The one-day market brings the district together for a festive, family-friendly experience featuring 25+ vendors, live music, and interactive holiday activations like crafts, portraits, and caricature drawings.
The event is designed to feel warm, welcoming, and distinctly RiNo, with curated food and beverage partners, a hot cocoa station, and branded takeaways that extend the experience beyond the day of the event. This community-first approach strengthens cross-promotion among RiNo businesses and supports the neighborhood’s creative ecosystem.
It’s a RiNo-Ful Life stands out as a seasonal highlight that brings the district together while driving foot traffic, social engagement, and meaningful support for local creatives.
Art RiNo
Art RiNo 2025 was a signature, art-forward fundraiser in support of Keep RiNo Wild (501c3) and celebrating RiNo Art District’s 20 year creative legacy. Hosted at Truss House in RiNo ArtPark, the event transformed the space through immersive projection mapping, DJ sets, and pop-up Denver Fringe performances. Programming included the RiNo Eats Tent, featuring 8 local restaurants, a VIP tasting lounge with Block Distilling, and both live and silent auctions supporting nonprofit programming. We led full event production and execution, delivering a high-impact, community-driven event rooted in RiNo’s creative spirit. In addition, we developed a comprehensive sponsorship deck for RiNo Art District that clearly communicated RAD’s mission, goals, audience demographics, and district-wide reach, while outlining sponsorable event elements and Art RiNo–specific opportunities as a flexible sales tool.
Art RiNo 2022 was a multi-day, district-wide festival produced in partnership with the Westword Music Showcase, bringing together muralists, artists, musicians, and venues for a cross-disciplinary celebration. The festival activated RiNo at scale through murals, immersive installations, artist talks, pop-up events, live music programming, and a bar crawl spanning 13 neighborhood locations.

Passport Program Development
To strengthen RiNo BID objectives and drive awareness, revenue, and foot traffic to local businesses, we created the Art RiNo Passport — a holiday activation designed to support the neighborhood’s small business ecosystem. Over 50 storefronts opted in, offering passport holders exclusive deals and experiences across restaurants, bars, shops, and creative partners. The pocket-sized booklet launched in November and ran through December, acting as both a seasonal revenue driver and a fundraising tool for Keep RiNo Wild. Distributed to VIP guests at Art RiNo and sold district-wide, the passport extended the impact of the holiday market beyond one day and kept the neighborhood engaged all season long.
Marketing and Consulting
We provide RiNo Art District with strategic marketing and consulting support designed to align creative vision with measurable growth. This includes building comprehensive marketing plans that support event strategy through outreach toolkits, paid advertising, website and email promotion, and coordinated social rollouts that highlight key partners, vendors, and community stakeholders.
This approach helps RAD clarify their messaging, streamline internal workflows, and amplify visibility across channels—driving stronger audience awareness, more consistent engagement, and improved performance across initiatives.
