Grab your running buddy and join us for a Saturday dedicated to movement, safety, and community at Market Station!

On Saturday, October 18 at 10:00 AM, running coach Char Griess, in partnership with Running Mate, will lead us out on a group run to kick off the day. After the run, we’ll gather back at Market Station for an empowering safety demonstration from Safely Self Defense, including hands-on pepper spray training followed by shopping Market Station Tenants and Female Focused Vendors.
