DOWNTOWN DENVER PARTNERSHIP
Our work with Downtown Denver Partnership began with a shared goal: reintroduce downtown as a vibrant, walkable destination and strengthen how people experience the city’s core year‑round.
Across the 16th Street Summer Kickoff, 16th Street Grand Opening, and Winter in the City, we’ve led strategic storytelling, paid and organic marketing, and creator‑led campaigns that amplify DDP’s placemaking efforts and drive awareness, foot traffic, and positive perception for downtown Denver.
16th Street Summer Kickoff
The 16th Street Summer Kickoff welcomed over 40,000 visits in a single weekend, including 26,500 visits along 16th Street between Market and Tremont, 3,500 at the speed climbing wall, and 9,400 in the Kids Zone and Beer Garden—supported by 6.7M+ paid impressions at an ultra‑efficient $1.61 CPM, 40,968 website sessions (+1,567% MoM), 18M+ PR reach, and a 19‑creator influencer campaign reaching roughly 1.4M followers.
16th Street Grand Opening
For the 16th Street Grand Opening, paid social, partner media, and out‑of‑home collectively delivered several million impressions and 28.8K+ link clicks to DDP’s site at an efficient $2.83 average social CPM, while 37 PR placements reached an estimated 51.5M+ viewers/readers and 13 influencers generated 272,171 total views to amplify the re‑opening story.
Winter in the City
The Winter in the City influencer campaign partnered with 20 vetted creators (combined audience 724,400) to generate 146,513+ Reel views and 46,288+ Story views, supporting 380,000 unique visitors to Mile High Tree, a 14% year‑over‑year increase in 16th Street traffic, 334,000 NYE visits in 2025 (up 12% from pre‑pandemic levels), and 1,600+ participants on the Impulse see‑saws at Wynkoop Plaza.

To mark the start of summer and reintroduce the newly renovated 16th Street, Downtown Denver Partnership hosted the 16th Street Summer Kickoff, a free two‑day festival spanning 10 blocks between Tremont and Market Streets. The event brought live music, DJs, games, local food vendors, Skyline Beer Garden, and the 16th Street Grand Bazaar together to turn the corridor into a walkable, all‑day destination.
We led integrated marketing, PR, and influencer efforts to make the weekend feel unavoidable across Denver—activating 19 creators, deploying full‑funnel paid media, securing top‑tier coverage, and capturing content on site.

In October 2025, Downtown Denver Partnership hosted the 16th Street Grand Opening, officially unveiling the reimagined corridor and highlighting its improved walkability, gathering spaces, and welcoming feel for workers, residents, and visitors.
Fireside at Five led an omni‑channel marketing and PR campaign that spanned paid social, partner media, out‑of‑home, influencers, and press. This was crafted to build anticipation, drive turnout, and tell the “before and after” story of 16th Street.
From December through February, Downtown Denver Partnership’s Winter in the City campaign invited people to experience downtown through the holidays and into Q1, from markets and lights to restaurants, hotels, and seasonal activations. Fireside at Five led a phased, performance‑driven influencer program to shape perception and inspire visitation—showing how to dine, shop, stay, and explore downtown all season long.
Partnering with 20 vetted creators and integrating restaurants, retailers, hotels, and marquee moments like the Mile High Tree, the campaign reinforced downtown’s walkability and ease of access while reinvesting marketing dollars back into local businesses.

Our Work with Downtown Denver Partnerships
We partner with Downtown Denver Partnership as an ongoing marketing and consulting arm, supporting key corridors and seasons rather than one‑off events.
We lead campaign and storyline development, paid and organic marketing, influencer strategy, partner media and PR, and business toolkits—helping DDP drive efficient media performance, stronger visitation, and a more cohesive narrative for downtown Denver.
In Conclusion...
Through the 16th Street Summer Kickoff, the 16th Street Grand Opening, and Winter in the City, we’ve helped Downtown Denver Partnership turn big moments and seasonal campaigns into a cohesive, year‑round story for downtown—pairing strategy, paid and organic marketing, influencers, PR, and content capture with clear performance goals.
The result is a flexible downtown marketing system that boosts visibility, drives meaningful visitation, and supports local businesses while strengthening how people feel about the city’s core.
