Pouring with Heart is a bar hospitality group based in Downtown LA withover 20 concepts across LA, San Diego, Denver, Austin, and San Antonio. As their primary agency of record, we have supported Pouring with Heart with everything from historical bar rebrands, to the development of a cross-concept loyalty program, to grand opening parties & influencer campaigns. They have fully taken advantage of our cross-functional services across branding, marketing, and events; our greatest offering and most often, the type of projects that result in the highest return.

A new chapter for Pouring with Heart

One of the most impactful projects we’ve led with Pouring with Heart has been the rebrand of their hospitality group. This brand is the connecting thread across each concept, the roots of each bar. So when Pouring with Heart lacked clarity on exactly who they, the hospitality group, were, it made the foundation of the entire portfolio unstable.From story, to positioning, to identity, we took a hard questioning look at all aspects of the brand. We gave the history and founder’s story space to shine, then described exactly who Pouring with Heart is and who they serve with the utmost clarity. We softly transitioned from the old english aesthetic to a look and feel that reflects their notorious bar neons, connects to the urban grittiness of their portfolio, and clearly ties back to the strategy. We then brought it to life beyond the brand guide, rebuilding the organic social presence and collaborating on an innovative loyalty program that unites concepts.

Putting people first and whiskey second at Seven Grand

After 15 years, Seven Grand, a neighborhood bar known for their whiskey with locations in Austin, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Diego, sought a refreshed identity and strategy that better reflected their brand’s true story and core. With a decline in whiskey drinkers and a need to appeal to younger drinkers, Seven Grand needed to redefine its public perception as a traditional whiskey bar with a gentleman’s club feel.

 We collaborated with Seven Grand to find an angle that exemplified whiskey expertise whileembracing non-whiskey drinkers. The final visual identity brings the original inspiration, vision, and values back to the forefront. The combination of elements reflects this new strategy, embodying the bar’s warmth, ambiance, and eccentricities.

Embracing the offbeat with a bar built on nostalgia

Following a series of rebrands, Good Luck Club was the first original concept we helped to develop with Pouring with Heart. The challenge was like an episode of Chopped: we were given 3 ingredients and told to cook up the best concept we could. Our ingredients: Christmas lights on the ceiling, a South Broadway Denver location, and the name Good Luck Club.We drew from the quirky offbeat personality of South Broadway, the imperfect & nostalgic feeling of ceiling Christmas Lights, and the cheeky optimism & humor of a name like Good Luck Club. The result is Denver’s adult clubhouse.

Centering a bar around a story instead of an aesthetic

Centering a bar around a story, not just aesthetic: tucked beneath Larimer Square, Emerald Eye had all the visual intrigue of a 1950s Caribbean escape: dark, transportive, and cocktail-forward — but lacked a clear sense of intention behind it. To earn a consistent place in Denver’s nightlife rotation, we partnered with the Pouring With Heart team to define a more grounded identity, rooted in story, positioning, and purpose.Our approach drew from both the history of the neighborhood and the mindset of Emerald Eye’s audience, using each as a lens to shape a more cohesive brand narrative. Using the existing interior as inspiration, we elevated the brand design to ensure every touchpoint felt intentional and aligned, from space to service to storytelling.From there, we built momentum through a content ecosystem designed to embed Emerald Eye into Denver’s “places to be.” By collaborating with micro-influencers who actively shape the city’s social voice, and pairing that with a consistent cadence of five Reels per month and daily Story touchpoints, we translated the brand into visibility and engagement.

The Normandie Club partnered with Fireside to refresh its presence and drive buzz around a new menu. We elevated the content through a dedicated photo and video shoot that captured both behind-the-scenes ingredient preparation and the final cocktail presentation, transforming the bar’s craft into a compelling visual story.The effort was amplified through eight Los Angeles–based creators, generating strong engagement across Q1. Together, the campaign successfully reintroduced the bar to a new audience while reinforcing its status as a local icon.
